The Cancer Immunology Fund supports life-saving research at the Centre for Cancer Immunology at the University of Southampton. By donating to the fund, you will be helping to push the boundaries of cancer research and drive forward new, life-saving immunology treatments.
Since the Centre first opened in 2018, donations from alumni and supporters like you have helped us to achieve incredible things in the fight against cancer. We’ve developed a revolutionary DNA cancer vaccine to encourage the immune system to recognise cancer; we have discovered new ways to identify patients that are twice as likely to die from lung cancer; and we have launched a clincial trial to test new immunotherapy treatments for bladder cancer.
None of this would have been possible without the generosity of our donors.

Thanks to our Alumni and Supporter community, people all over the world have been able to benefit from new cancer treatments developed at the Centre for Cancer Immunology. However, there are still new treatments to be discovered and more lives to save, so we need your help now more than ever to help even more patients live longer, healthier lives.
£25 could pay for essential lab equipment to support our research
£50 could enable our scientists to run tests to identify DNA mutations in cancer tumours
£100 could help pay for a day of research to help us pioneer the next big breakthrough in treating cancer
